Dennis Trotter, a sales consultant met us at the door with a very friendly greeting. My husband had some general reservations about dealership business model. Tate Andrews was an excellent salesman answering all of our questions and meeting our requests. He was very responsive and polite. Not pushy. Our daughter Samantha (6) enjoyed a late night meal purchased by Tate as we waited to finalize the finance end of the deal. We think she may have a crush on him ;) This was a pleasant car buying experience and we would highly recommend Laird Noller Ford to anyone looking for a good automobile new or used. We have now purchased three used vehicles here and will start our search here when we are ready for our fourth :) More

I went in to look for a new car not knowing a lot about Hyundai other than they had good MPG ratings. I first met with David Bennet who listened to what I needed in a car for my family and my commute each Hyundai other than they had good MPG ratings. I first met with David Bennet who listened to what I needed in a car for my family and my commute each day. Immediately he had a car in mind. At that point he introduced me and my wife to Mike Smith who then showed me the specs of the car and came along with me on the test drive. During the drive Mike explained the warranty and roadside assistance as well as all the bells and whistles of the Elantra I was driving. It was clear that Mr. Smith had a knowledge of the vehicle and a passion for the brand. I was still unsure if I was going to be able to make it work with my budget, so Mike and David worked together to make the car payments work in my budget. I felt David was very receptive to what I needed and did all he could to make it work for me. I really felt comfortable talking with Mike and David and they made the whole experience enjoyable. I have had the car a few days and I love it , and would recommend Laird Noller ( specifically David and Mike ) to anyone needing a new vehicle. -Pete More
