Gavin was very helpful in explaining what the problem was. Went over pricing/ options. I appreciate the ride to work so I didn’t have to wait at the dealer for a few hours. Extremely poor customer service and told me, a long time customer, not to "pull the woman card as 50% of their customers are women" after feeling scammed because I paid $$$ for diagnostics to identify my tr customer, not to "pull the woman card as 50% of their customers are women" after feeling scammed because I paid $$$ for diagnostics to identify my truck's issue in addition to repairs they promised would correct the issue. Had to bring my vehicle back 2 weeks later as the original issue was not fixed through the expensive repair paid for the first time. Received another quote just under $2000 because they missed the additional leaks in their initial diagnostics. That would bring the grand total to $3,000 and at this point can't be trusted to be repaired correctly. Instead of being helpful, he chose to argue and blame me for their error instead of taking accountability and working with me to correct their mistake. More
