When I went to Lake Chevrolet, I wasn't sure what I wanted. They guided me thru my budget and a vehicle that I truly needed. They were very helpful snd explained about the vehicle I chose. Briefly, I had issues with paying with my GM points. I had to go home get on the internet to retrieve my GM Rewards Number. They refused to release the car to me as it is their precious "policy" so I co I had to go home get on the internet to retrieve my GM Rewards Number. They refused to release the car to me as it is their precious "policy" so I could not drive home. They did offer me a ride, but I would have to wait until the guy got back from another trip to West Allis. So, I walked home (primarily to blow off steam) and back (6 miles total) to get the number. I have been a steady customer of theirs for over forty years. I bought three cars over the years and spent tens of thousands of dollars there, and they were afraid I'd skip out on a $70 oil change!!! Really! They'd rather make a customers in his 70s walk home and back. To say I am angry would be a gross understatement. This dealership is run by idiots totally lacking in the use of discretion.
