Customer service was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to help with an issue with doors automatically locking. One issue is I wish your service plan would automatically come up when they punch your name in. I have to ask every time I'm there if the service is covered. Paid a lot of money for their platinum plan and if I don't ask them to look it up every time I would get charged for the service which is actually covered. More
