Based on what you've described, it sounds like there may have been some miscommunication regarding the wheel lock key and the cabin air filter. If the wheel lock key was already in your vehicle, we certainly would have preferred to use it rather than charge you for a replacement. Likewise, if you were told your air filter would be replaced and it was not, we understand why you would be disappointed. We would appreciate the opportunity to review your repair order and discuss your experience in more detail. Regarding the television in our waiting area, the channel is not always selected by us, it is typically left on whatever a guest in the waiting room has chosen.
