They sold me a 2021 Silverado 1500 and the motor locked up within 8 to 9 months they replaced it,, after receiving the truck the wires cough on fire 2 1/2 days later now I’m being charged with the part and up within 8 to 9 months they replaced it,, after receiving the truck the wires cough on fire 2 1/2 days later now I’m being charged with the part and labor,,I’m losing work bills are running up….. horrible experience ever! More

My oil change took over an hour. When I asked about it Tyler ignored me and some other sales reps helped me. Them when the technician delivered the keys Tyler ignored them. I finally walked up to the desk and he assisted me. When I went to pay he asked if paying with credit or debit. I said credit, he said the card says debit? I do have a PhD, am a professor and an educator. I do realize I am a woman but have never been talked down to or treated so rudely at Lake Chevrolet. This is the third vehicle I have purchased there. Not happy at all. More

Tyler was very professional and efficient with my concerns about my car. Lake Chevrolet has great customer service and Tyler was very helpful and kind.
