While we thoroughly inspect every vehicle before it is sold, predicting future mechanical failures is nearly impossible. That is one of the reasons we always recommend an extended service plan whenever possible, as it can help protect customers from unexpected repairs that occur after purchase. Regarding the engine replacement, we're glad that issue was addressed. However, we are concerned to hear about the wiring issue that occurred shortly afterward. Based on your description, it sounds like this may have been an entirely separate issue that unfortunately happened very close to the previous repair. That said, we would certainly like the opportunity to review the situation and determine if there could be any connection. Have you discussed the wiring concern with a member of our management team? If not, would you consider having that conversation? We'd be happy to review the repair history, inspect the details of what occurred, and make sure everything was handled appropriately. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and would welcome the opportunity to look into this further.
