For the most part it was a pleasurable experience, but I mentioned my truck wasn’t aligned properly and they got my truck into the service department and they did nothing to fix the problem. Not happy with that service and it leads me to believe im going to have a problem with them honoring my warranty if something comes up. More

I came in to the store a little nervous because I’ve had 3 VWs in the past so I was used to seeing all the employees at my local VW dealer when I came in for service, just out of routine. I did loads of onl 3 VWs in the past so I was used to seeing all the employees at my local VW dealer when I came in for service, just out of routine. I did loads of online research, decided it was time for a change and a larger vehicle i could fit in (I’m 6 foot 7) and came to look at the new Trailblazer with the intention of being straight to the point and making a deal. Both my salesman Zach and the finance manager were tough negotiators but they were also very reasonable and friendly with me and gave me an awesome deal in the end. They also offered me beverages throughout my transaction as it took a while to complete due to some complications with just paying off my VW, which they were more than happy to take the time and work through. I’m glad I took a chance at another manufacturer than I usually go to because I had a great time making a deal at Lake Chevrolet and I look forward to coming in for service in the future. More
