We value review platforms for accountability and transparency from businesses and as a small business we have made our share of mistakes over the years. We use these platforms as a resource for training and improvement within our environment. With that being said, this customer has decided to publicly post and we feel it only appropriate to respond with our account of the experience. Within the negotiation of the sale there was not a promise of headsets with the vehicle and this vehicle was sold "as is" and at a discounted price point. This customer contacted us after the sale was belligerent with our sales rep and said that if we don't give headsets and a remote they will "blast" us online. We stand by the fact that this vehicle was sold as is. We truly do our best to provide our guests with an excellent experience, and we work to accommodate requests within reasonable means during each vehicle sale. We do not wish any of our guests a negative experience, however in this case it seems that it was unavoidable.
