I purchased a used premier suburban and the buying process was long and full of mistakes that I had to correct. Then when I got home I noticed the remote and 4 headsets were missing. They admit to having them at one point but they don’t know what happened to them. They are now hiding behind the as is contract to say they don’t have to replace them even though they were listed in the description and were supposed to be included. Awe full experience. More

unhappy with my oil change got my oil changed on 2/27/20. on the way home i noticed a strong oil smell coming from the engine. later that night smell was so bad that i had to ke got my oil changed on 2/27/20. on the way home i noticed a strong oil smell coming from the engine. later that night smell was so bad that i had to keep the windows down to drive. i opened the hood and found the oil cap not in place and laying off to the side of the engine. oil was spattered all over the left side of the engine compartment. i replaced the oil filler cap More
