Horrible communication, and my vehicle is there a second time for the same exact problem (2 days after it was fixed). I was happy with the price, information received from the service advisor, and the waiting room. The thing I wasn’t happy with was the wait time. The service advisor came to get me when I was in the bathr service advisor, and the waiting room. The thing I wasn’t happy with was the wait time. The service advisor came to get me when I was in the bathroom to tell me my car was ready, unknown to me. I ended up waiting an extra hour until I got annoyed and went to the service counter to ask what was taking so long, and found out my car has been done for a while. When the vehicle is done, you guys should also send a text or phone call informing the person, especially if you don’t locate them. I only gave 3 stars because I would say it was an average experience. I used to go to the Umansky dealership and with an oil change, they went above and beyond by vacuuming out the interior and wiping it down. I’m not saying I expect that, but that would definitely earn 5 stars. More
