Everyone very polite and respectful. I called Josh had a question concerning oil change and tire rotation. He answered my questions and got me 3 hours later the same day to get the work I called Josh had a question concerning oil change and tire rotation. Braeger is best! We are completely satisfied with Braeger. Everyone there is courteous and friendly. Unprofessional Had a recall card for parts on my car . They took my car in and told me about 2 hours to get the ignition switch done... it’s been over 2 hours . Noth Had a recall card for parts on my car . They took my car in and told me about 2 hours to get the ignition switch done... it’s been over 2 hours . Nothing looks like was done to the car nor did I leave with a price of paper showing what I got done. And when I made the appointment they said they would do an oil change.. never got done. I feel like I wasted my time there . Really upset customer. More
