It’s just like any other dealership I suppose. Communication on vehicle wasn’t great and it sat there for a while so that was annoying. Not blown away but not majorly dissatisfied either. Lake Chevy got me in quickly for an oil change/tire rotation and the staff was awesome! Very comfortable lounge to wait in while my car was in the shop. What I really appreciate is that I was given a print out of recommended services to follow up on at a later date, but also a print out for tire pricing as well with different options because they had noticed my tires need replacing at least before the snow hits the ground. 100% love this dealership.
