Have had a lot of work done on my car here lately. First I had an issue with an oil leak where they had to clean it and replace the lines for it. Okay, a pretty penny but I understood. Took it in, nothing was wrong they said so they gave it back. Another week or two go by now and my car starts making clicking sounds… okay take it in, have to replace spark plugs. It has been 2 weeks now and another check engine light has come on. I’m not sure if I want to keep going here, it’s just been conveniently closer to my work. More

I have never had a issue with them for normal maintenance. The are fast and friendly. In the case that I had a less serious but unusual issue that require GM to assist my experience has been less maintenance. The are fast and friendly. The staff won’t answer questions directly. I am don’t like to text and all the service person does is text me. Even after I told him I prefer to be called. The service manager is nice but seems intentionally not helpful. Not sure my best interest is be severed as a customer. More
