Took car to dealer for oil change, tire rotation, general inspection and 2 recalls. Dealer failed to rotate tires as requested and paid for. Tire tread depth recorded on the inspection report indicated all t inspection and 2 recalls. Dealer failed to rotate tires as requested and paid for. Tire tread depth recorded on the inspection report indicated all tires had the same tread depth. When I measured tread depth, each tire was different. Brake pad thickness recorded as the same for all 4 wheels. Not true. The service was supposed to require over 3 hours with the recalls but the car was returned in about 1 hour. After the above, I am suspect of all the service procedures being done properly. More

Thank you for sharing conditions of cabin and engine filters, but I declined the labor rate as they are very easy to replace on my 4Runner and I could do both myself in about 10 minutes.
