Dealership & employees, great! 2 things to note tho...The Def fluid was not filled, I even asked, was told "yes" but...nope! So, I topped it off myself. I called the Lake Ford dealership before 8am and received a 1 pm oil change and tire rotation appointment same day. I arrived at 12:55pm and left by 2 pm. They even checked brakes.
