Very disappointed in this dealership. I used them because they offered costco pricing yet when I arrived I was never shown the costco pricing sheet or asked to show my membership card so I used them because they offered costco pricing yet when I arrived I was never shown the costco pricing sheet or asked to show my membership card so I’m pretty sure they charged me full price. I was also told by the salesman that the tunnel cover on my truck would be repaired yet when I followed up about said repairs I was told that it would be $80 cash. They never repaired it nor was it written on the contract. The truck bed is still full of pine needles from the previous owners. There are 2 open recalls on the truck even though it’s “blue certified” I would think a reputable dealership would’ve taken care of any open recalls before selling a vehicle. I was told that the “recall was optional if the vehicle had the issue”. The issue is with the door latches freezing and guess what? When it’s really cold the passenger door will not close completely unless you slam it. Also there is a license plate light bulb that is burnt out. Again a lack of attention to details on a so called “blue certified vehicle” and now I’m going to have to waste my time bringing the vehicle back in to be repaired for things that should’ve been repaired in the first place. I would not use or recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Every time I bring my vehicle in for service something goes wrong. Either they completely forgot about my vehicle or as they stated to me”even though you have a scheduled appointment our tech’s are backe goes wrong. When I try to explain my issues with the manager Al I get is “I’m not listening to he said she said.” I shouldn’t have to feel uncomfortable every time I bring my vehicle in for so called free oil changes. I’ve been a very loyal customer over the past 20 years, but because of the horrible customer service I will be taking my business elsewhere!! More

The overall experience was fine. Part of the "works" package I paid for includes a car wash. That was never done. I understand that maybe it was too cold to actually wash the car but that should have been communicated with me, the customer.
