Thank you for your comments. We are very sorry to hear about your experience. This is definitely not the standard of service our customers have come to expect from us. As plugs are maintenance items they are only replaced during inspection if necessary. Looking back at the records for this vehicle there was no concern for the replacement of the spark plugs as they passed inspection. We understand that sometimes things like this can be unforeseen and come up shortly after the sale. We asked that the vehicle be taken to a nearby dealer to diagnose the vehicle as we were concerned to do no further damage. However, we did not receive any type of notification as to what was wrong with the vehicle. We were not given an opportunity to repair the vehicle ourselves nor did we give the authorization to repair the vehicle. Had we known it was the spark plugs we could have done the repair at our facility for almost half of what the other dealer charged. As it may be too late to reconcile, please know we would have been able to help had we received notification about the vehicle prior to the repair. Again, we are sorry this happened.
