I have had better service here in the past I made an appointment on line for Saturday to have the door handles fixed and dropped off the car Saturday morning before they were open I received a I made an appointment on line for Saturday to have the door handles fixed and dropped off the car Saturday morning before they were open I received a call Saturday saying they they would look at the car Monday I received a call Monday saying they have to order parts on Wednesday we received a call stating the car was ready We picked it up and went home to the tune of $1200 Friday we used the car and when we shut the front passenger door the handle assembly on the inside fell out. We made another appointment and took the car in again We will have to see how long the repairs last. My other comment would be about the what I perceive as a poor design of the door releases in general why would all four doors fail? More

Frustrating I am stuck with a very noisy and not reliable motor.I would like to sell it before the news gets out about the motor and transmission but I am stuck i I am stuck with a very noisy and not reliable motor.I would like to sell it before the news gets out about the motor and transmission but I am stuck it is not a good feeling driving it and not knowing how long or how hard I should push it they should have not let this engine and transmission to the public before they fix the problem I have people walk up to me and ask what is wrong with the engine I have no answer I smell a big lawsuit at some point I paid 55 thousand for a piece of crap. Not happy More

Air bag recall Received recall in the mail and called Braeger Ford to schedule the repair. Appointment was in the near future. Clearing up a 2 year problem I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I happen to ask if they could let me know if my tires were going bad, then I said there was a rattle u I came in for an oil change and tire rotation. I happen to ask if they could let me know if my tires were going bad, then I said there was a rattle under the car, and then I just happen to mention, my car turns completely off at stop signs now that it’s not winter. I mean this is major. People get mad behind you when you have to throw it in park and restart your car. It’s been happening for 2 years so I was turning off the the stop start function. They could help when I bought the car but now they were able to reprogram it. I’m feeling good. It’s been one week and it hasn’t turned off. Plus my tires are good and no rattle. Chad was so calm and just kept taking it all in and I appreciate him being patient with me. I also really appreciate the van service to work and am grateful it was done by lunch time. Thank you. More
