Two and a half hours for an oil change and tire rotation is unacceptable. Then being told 10 more minutes that turns into 35. Also $48 for wiper blades when website says $24. I have had them replaced there before and was around $25. This excessive amount of time has happened to me before. Seems like a scheduling problem. I have been bringing my F-150 there since purchasing it from the dealer. Not sure about continuing that in the future. More
