Since I was made aware of the time it would take (good for managing time expectations), I planned ahead and brought plenty of materials...my surface, a bag of mail to go through, and an orange to snack on. I planted myself in one of the comfy chairs in the waiting room in between the parts counter and the service counter. W/that vantage point, I got to hear all the interactions between service staff. EVERY interaction - from the parts/service supervisor talking w/the techs and drivers to the bi-lingual parts staff and techs to the cleaning supervisor sharing a new inventory tracking w/his employee - was done w/respect and a "lightness" that made me feel good about how the staff deal with each other. That is to be praised. More
