Disappointing. Bought a used F150 3 months ago and put about 6000 miles on it. I know that I bought used and there are always unknowns. I’ve had a few issues with it since the purchase and really feel like we haven’t been taken seriously. We mainly came in for an oil change and sure, that was completed just fine. We also noted online some other things that we would like to discuss, a few which are safety related. My wife was certainly disappointed with the lack of help and the tone of which the answers came. I have previously had GM products and received outstanding service with a “can do” attitude from dealers such as Holz. We went with a Ford this time and unfortunately I feel as though I have made a major mistake. New brake pads a few thousand miles after purchasing a $33,000 vehicle and a can’t do attitude aren’t acceptable to me. More

excellent service I took my work van for a routine oil change / inspection. I was informed that there were a couple of recalls on the vehicle. Instead of having to bring the vehicle back another time for the recalls, Caleb took the time to check with the service techs if they could accomplish everything during this visit.
