It was ok Initially waking in I had an appointment with Joe,who turns out was not in. Rudy took over and was very pleasant to work with. Took time to understand answer my questions and helped me pick out the car that was right for me. Everything was done ahead of time and an appointment made for me to pick up the car. My daughter recieved a phone call Saturday morning stating the delivery needed to be changed to Monday. At this point Rudy was promoted and I was working with Keri. I was very upset that I was being pushed off until Monday. The customer should not have been impacted. In the end the dealership made accommodations as this was the difference between a sale or no sale. We arrived at the dealership and met with Keri. She was very pleasant, we were escorted to Ryan for the signing of the papers. I felt he could have been a bit more mature. I'm 75 and this is my first car purchase. I had questions and felt that he did not know the answers too. He made a comment about me not taking a product that he was offering. I did not find it appropriate. I felt he wanted me to take product to pay for his kitchen remodel. He may have tried to be funny, but the remark was not appropriate. After meeting with Ryan, Keri went over the car with me. I felt as though it was being rushed as she kept checking her watch. Again, first new car and I wanted to make sure I was comfortable with the buttons. This was one of my questions when working with Rudy. I was told we would have enough time to go over the car until I was comfortable. I know Keri had another appointment waiting. Overall I do love my new car! More

So/so It seems to me the that the service dept does not like to fix things that are not paid for by Ford motor co 100%. . If I sold someone a new vehicle I It seems to me the that the service dept does not like to fix things that are not paid for by Ford motor co 100%. . If I sold someone a new vehicle I would get the problem fixed first and find out if the factory would cover the price second and if the didn’t I would just cover it to keep my REPEAT customers happy More
