Upfront, Honest and Transparent - Amazing Experience! Prior to getting hooked up with Rudy I had been in contact with several dealerships (both Ford and non-Ford). I had gone in to a few places and at eac Prior to getting hooked up with Rudy I had been in contact with several dealerships (both Ford and non-Ford). I had gone in to a few places and at each dealership had spent hours to test drive a car and sit and wait for numbers to be generated for my lease price offer. I had finally found a decent offer; it was a little above what I was looking spend, but reasonable. So I decided to submit a last-ditch general online quote request for a lease to see if there was any better deal out there. I received several calls that evening. I was pretty blunt. I knew I wanted a midsize sedan, a 24/month lease term and I did not want to use a down payment to get my monthly payment in the range I was looking for. So I told this to each salesman that called right away. Each time they either said, "we can't get close to that number" or "why don't you stop on out so we can go over the numbers in person". Then Rudy called, I gave him the same line on what I was looking for. He said, "That's going to be a stretch, but we might be able to make that work. Give me until the morning and I will have some numbers put together for you" (The fact that he initially worked with me and provided detailed numbers over the phone and email was huge to me). We went back and forth a few times on car features and fine-tuned the numbers. Once we were in the ballpark of where I wanted to be we set up a time for me to run down and test drive a car and work on final numbers. It was kind of a last minute meeting request on my part, but Rudy made it work. I showed up to the dealership and Rudy met me at the door. (He actually had a pinched nerve in his neck and could barely keep his head up and he had delayed his chiropractic appointment so that he could meet with me). He also already had the two models I was considering, ready to go for a test drive. So in about 1 hours’ time, he let me install my 3 car seats in the back seat to ensure they all fit, take the test drive, and finished talking numbers. We were almost set on a price but I wanted to take a day or two to think about it. They were great about giving me the time to consider the deal and didn't pressure me with a "today only price special" It was a really enjoyable and streamlined experience. Another thing to note is that Rudy was great at staying in contact. He was not overbearing with contacting me, but was always very responsive and detailed when I had questions, even after hours. In the end Rudy, his manager Dan, and Braeger Ford went the extra mile to earn our business and have earned my trust. They worked with me to get me and my family into a great car for a great price. They also offered a great trade-in value for my current truck. So even though they are not the closest Ford dealership to my home, they are definitely my go to dealership. I would definitely recommend Braeger Ford and especially Rudy Johnson if you are looking for a vehicle. More

Additionally, I came in with preapproved financing and what I thought was the lowest interest rate possible - Christina helped me to find a rate even lower. More
Overall Experience I have never had such great Customer Service from a dealership. Usually once they have sold you the car, you don't hear from them. But with Santiago, I have never had such great Customer Service from a dealership. Usually once they have sold you the car, you don't hear from them. But with Santiago, he randomly checks with me to make sure I am fully satisfied with my purchase. He goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure I am happy. Keep up the good work!!! More

They had to trade one of their F150 Platinum trucks with another dealership to secure my '14 black F150 I was looking for. Ryan was very professional and upfront throughout the whole process. After I got home I noticed one of the 4X4 decals was damaged. I called Ryan who then ordered one that day. By the time I went in the next week to have it put on, I had scratched the sides near the top of the bed. When installing the new decal, Gena had the scratches buffed out and were barely noticeable. All in all the experience at Braeger Ford went smoothly and am glad I chose to buy from them. More
Excellent cusomer service We worked with Dave Barth to buy a used Ford Escape. Even though we were buying an older vehicle, Dave treated us as if we were a big sale. He even addressed the slight rust to the vehicle above the wheel, having it fixed by their body shop, which was completely unexpected since we were buying a used vehicle.
