Escape and Fusion Extremely happy with Braeger Ford and our salesman, Jim Anaya. He was patient and let us test drive several vehicles explaining each one to us. We end Extremely happy with Braeger Ford and our salesman, Jim Anaya. He was patient and let us test drive several vehicles explaining each one to us. We ended up leaving with a Ford Escape. Six months later, our other car died and we needed another vehicle. We went right back to Jim. Ford credit worked with us to make it possible for us to get another vehicle. I found the Fusion I wanted online while searching dealers across the state. I drove from Madison because Ryan made the process as painless as possible. I originally tried to work with my local dealer, and they were unwilling to accommodate my request to work out most of the details via email and phone and required a visit to the dealership. After an hour of sitting at a desk and having the salesman make four trips to talk to his manager trying to sweeten the deal, I finally left. Ryan was able to get me a better price on a better equipped car with no hassle and I didn't have to step foot on the lot until I was ready to take delivery. Well worth the drive from Madison. More

Little to no pressure My wife is a driver for FedEx. She had a delivery here and saw "Jim" whom she went to high school with. Since we were looking for a Ford Escape she asked him about purchase options. We decided to lease and the experience was great. The best we've ever had buying a car. Even the financing lady didn't pressure us into options. We will be returning in the future. More

Braeger delivered on what they promised. Brian was a friendly and personable salesman. I offered a few hundred dollars less than the price of the car, and Dan M was able to meet me in the mid Brian was a friendly and personable salesman. I offered a few hundred dollars less than the price of the car, and Dan M was able to meet me in the middle at a price I liked. I had two conditions for the sale. Dan promised that the auto body shop in-house would buff up and restore the headlights which had discolored and hazed to near-perfect condition. He also promised that a swirling mar in the clear coat would disappear and be to my satisfaction after the body shop buffed it prior to delivery. It was just like he promised when we came to pick up the car! It was nice not to have to compromise or settle because someone promised more than he could deliver. Great job, Braeger Ford! More

He was knowledgeable about the vehicles he had for sale and attentive to what we were looking for in the type of car. We had peace of mind that the vehicle we were buying had been gone thru and met with Wisconsin's criteria for pre-owned cars. The sale process went smoothly, and he even gave us some good restaurant choices to go afterwards for supper. We were very happy with our purchase and still own this limited edition Scion.
