Friendly, positive, helpful, and empathetic throughout the entire process. Nick walked me through the differences of leasing and purchasing. I walked in looking to lease a Ford Fusion but ended up driving off in a Ford Focus. He was thoroughly informative and allowed me the chance to decide which vehicle was best for me. Not once, during the whole transaction, was he arrogant or pushy about the sale. THAT is something I appreciate in a salesman. A great salesman knows if a customer is going to make the purchase, there is no need to rush them. Christina was awesome as well. Friendly, funny, and highly informative. She answered all my questions without hesitation. On top of that, she broke down all the facts and left no "fine print" behind when it came to signing and deciding on coverage to compliment my lease. She gave me my total monthly payment amount on the spot and made sure that was a good price for me before I put my name on anything. Overall great experience. I wish I could go there whenever I need to bring my car in for maintenance/ check-ups. More

Purchase of new Ford Focus Your Salesperson, Mr. Ryan Heine, was a very qualified, and quite knowledgeable young man regarding all aspects of Ford's Product Lines. i was shoppin Your Salesperson, Mr. Ryan Heine, was a very qualified, and quite knowledgeable young man regarding all aspects of Ford's Product Lines. i was shopping for the best deal possible in a new Ford auto as i'm sure all buyers are, but with dealing with Mr. Heine he literally "blew my socks off" with the final price that he was able to give me, and without too much prodding on my part. When I'm in the market for another auto, my first stop would be at Braeger Ford with Mr. Heine as my Sales Agent.. I ended up buying a new 2015 Ford Focus for simply the great fuel economy that it provides and the great price that I was able to obtain from Mr. Heine and Braeger Ford.The car is AWESOME!!!!' He really made me feel that my business was his number one priority. I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for a Ford. As for the dealership, I never felt they were out to just get my business.
