I was due for tires which became apparent when one of my tires blew out on the way to work. I contacted Nick Strickling at Braeger. He was great! He helped order the tires I needed and worked with my schedule to get me in fast. Saved me even more time and hassle by getting my oil changed at the same time that my car was in for the tires. The service department couldn't figure out what was wrong with my truck and instead of telling me that they just try to fix a bunch of things that didn't need fixing. My truck was there for over a week and they didn't fix anything! I would not recommend Breger ford to anyone whether it be purchasing a car for servicing the car. Horrible, horrible service and rude technicians and management staff! More

2007 gmc denali the verbal service is great so far by the whole staff but the day i bought the car i took it home and decided to check all the fluid levels and i didn the verbal service is great so far by the whole staff but the day i bought the car i took it home and decided to check all the fluid levels and i didnt do this at the dealer because they all assured me that it was done in the shop so when i checked the motor oil it was at least 2 quarts low so i drove back to the dealer to report it to a Mr. Dan and he kindly ask me to bring it in after the weekend and i said ok but to keep in mine that i was taking a trip for about 4 hrs and during this trip i had to use at least 3 more qts of motor oil and so i took it back to the dealer monday as scheduled and has been there since for some testing and thats ok as long as they resolve this issue like i mentioned before the whole staff has been very professional especially MR Corey and MR Dan and have been working with this issue.I just hope it gets repaired properly once and for all.i am a soldier in the U.S. Army and in charge of an Army Equipment Maintenance Facility and this Vehicle should have never been for released to sales until the inspection was properly completed.
