Unorganized and lack of communication amongst staff and with customer. App that states status was never updated properly. I drove to the dealership 5 separate times to pick up my car only to find out that with customer. App that states status was never updated properly. I drove to the dealership 5 separate times to pick up my car only to find out that they forgot to put a piece back on or the issue still wasn’t resolved and they thought that it had been. Horrible service with little empathy for customer - especially when gas is so expensive driving 20 minutes one way 5 times was a lot to ask of a customer. More

We love Lake Ford they are always there when we need them in a hurry. They are very fast with getting the job done and returning our vehicle in a timely manner knowing we have a family we have to run around in a hurry. Average service this time it seems some communication was lacking. I had to call them at 4:00 pm after dropping the vehicle off at 8:00 am to see when I could pick it up. Finally took delivery of my 2022 Bronco on 7/15. Lake Ford was excellent! This was a very long process from reservation, to order, to all kinds of production delays that plagued the rollout of thi Lake Ford was excellent! None of this was the dealers fault, and far out of their control, however Lake Ford, and my salesman Alec VanHecker, were honest, communicative, and helpful. They not only honored agreed pricing, but gave me the rebate Ford offered for customers frustrated by delays, and a few really nice gifts that were totally unexpected. I'm 100% happy with my purchase experience! More

It was good, scheduled for a tire rotation, alignment and scratch/dent repair analysis, only got the rotation because no one was there to do the alignment (even though I scheduled several weeks prior). Took my vehicle in for routine oil change. Dealer stated vehicle needed brakes so I proceeded to have them done. Returned to dealership for a few reasons. The vehicle tire pressures were at 39 Dealer stated vehicle needed brakes so I proceeded to have them done. Returned to dealership for a few reasons. The vehicle tire pressures were at 39,35,33,& 30 all tires different. The windshield washer and coolant were never topped off as well. So much for the multipoint inspection!! However, the main reason I returned to the dealership was the brakes now squealing. The dealership had my vehicle for three days took it apart they said and told me that it was normal for the brake squealing. Brake squealing is normal as well as the new bronco brakes which squeal too. Now I should deal with the brakes squealing when I put my foot on them. It’s flat out embarrassing pulling up to other vehicles when coming to a stop. Not sure if the work was performed correctly my vehicle‘s brakes did not squeal before hand and I’m extremely upset at the way it was handled. Customers should not have to look over the shoulders of people to make sure they’re getting exactly what they pay for. More

Small details go a long way but this dealership haven’t learned that and need to. I brought my car in for a spark plugs change. Lake Ford techs saw the pressure light on and ignored it.
