Time wasters. I had already diagnosed the service i needed and they had my truck at 7am. Called me at 3 to tell me what i already told them and said there wasnt ev I had already diagnosed the service i needed and they had my truck at 7am. Called me at 3 to tell me what i already told them and said there wasnt even time left in the day to complete the job that i had already authorized including using whatever parts necessary of which they said they had in stock. Beware they will delay your services not only because they may or may not be busy but they want to up sell you hence they will spend a day diagnosing your vehicle instead of fixing what you already know. I work for another dealership and know what to expect, upselling is good for business and customers alike, but when someone is in a crunch and comes to you with a diagnosis, pop yhe hood, confirm what the customer said and fix the issue...thankfully and unfortunately i dont live in the area and will not use again but i had to ditch my vehicle and retrieve at a far later date for the 2hr job that needed to be done. More
Their "inspection" told me my spare tire is in good working condition.... well IT WAS IN MY GARAGE AT HOME!
