They worked with me on the numbers, answered all of my questions, and ultimately helped get me into a 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum that had everything I was looking for. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. I felt like they actually cared about making sure I was happy with the vehicle and comfortable with the deal. That kind of customer service goes a long way, especially with a purchase this big. I absolutely love the Explorer, and I really appreciate everyone at Lake Ford who helped make it happen. Came in for service due to screw in tire. Found out it was the same tire that already had been patched twice. AWD vehicle meant I needed to buy 2 new tires. Not the bill I was expecting. BUT. BUT...decided to see if I could trade my lease in early for lower payments and more miles. Alec, Malakai, and John ended up coming through as I was pulling out of the lot with number to get a deal done on the spot! Been using this dealership for leases for 15 years now and they've always been able to get me in to something nice with numbers in my budget. I've been a Lake Ford Customer since 1979 when it was Southgate Ford. Have never had an issue they didn't go out of their way to correct. I've purchased or leased 20 vehicles from then, 2 were from Lake Southgate Ford. Have never had an issue they didn't go out of their way to correct.
