I feel that they never listened to my issues. Took my vehicle in 4 times to resolve the same issue. Each time I picked it up, the check engine light goes off on my drive back home/work. I have a diesel Transit van, the fuel filter froze and left me stranded. Had the vehicle towed to Lake Ford, informed them I needed a filter replacement. This is typically a $200 job. Very annoyed honestly, and it takes a lot for me to get like that. My car has had the same issue from Sep-Dec, and still hasn't been resolved. They never offer any sort of extras for the inconveniences, and nothing more than small apologies. I will say that I've canceled a time or two, but doing all the driving gets tiring when your issue is being dragged out. The team member helping has been nice, but unfortunately that isn't enough to brush over the entire issue. I recently brought it in, then was told they weren't able to get to it and had to leave my car there overnight, only then to receive a call the next day that again they weren't able to fix my issue as they sold the part needed. More
