Every single repair I have ever needed from this dealership has taken 3 times as long as other repair shops. It is a ridiculous waste of time. It takes 45 minutes to an hour just to get the car even dealership has taken 3 times as long as other repair shops. It is a ridiculous waste of time. When a customer asks for estimates on when repairs will be done “soon” is not a good answer when there is an hour and a half left of work to do. More

Terrible, they gave me an oral estimate of $843, after checking with other dealership i found out they were trying to do services already preformed to the vehicle.
