The service department was very professional. My service advisor was Matt and he could not have done a better job. He called me regularly to update me on what was going on and when they learned the repair w advisor was Matt and he could not have done a better job. He called me regularly to update me on what was going on and when they learned the repair would take longer than expected they had a loaner vehicle ready for me. I've been dealing with this repair for some time at a different dealership and it would break again within days of being fixed. Since my car was serviced at Lakeland VW, I've had no issues. Great service as usual. The only thing I would say was not good was that mask compliance should be enforced with employees during this time.
