I brought my used 2016 VW GTI in for a noise in the right front suspension. After an inspection it was found that the factor shipping blocks were still installed in the front suspension. They could have told front suspension. After an inspection it was found that the factor shipping blocks were still installed in the front suspension. They could have told me that parts were needed to correct the issue but Jonathan (service manager) fixed the issue with a minimal service charge. GREAT SERVICE!!! More
