I was visiting from Canada. My Atlas broke down on a Thursday afternoon and I was able to get it to Lakeland VW dealership. I met service adviser Ashleigh. She explained they would try to get to it on Friday and arranged a ride to Winter Haven. Over the next several days Ashleigh kept me informed of the progress of the repairs. When car was ready she arranged a ride back to Lakeland. She explained what had been done provided paperwork and walked me out to a freshly washed car. I can’t thank everyone involved enough for turning a very stressful time into an overall positive experience. More
