Did not give last star because I was never told my car was finished and could be picked up even if it was without a car wash. I had to call you for updates yet was heavily charged for the work. I am happy I did not have to wait any longer and service advisor was friendly and knowledgeable. Usually dealt with Ashley and am happy to see she has her own desk now. Congrats. More

The finance manager Larry Riddle was very friendly, personal, and explained going through the loan process well and the extended warranty offers as well. I would only give 4 out of 5, due to that working with the Assistance Finance Manager Charles was way to aggressive with trying to get the car sale done on Sunday that when I went back out to my car to leave the lot he tried to come up to me to offer me a lower APR percentage that I declined. I wouldn't want to work with Charles there, but overall great experience!! More
