Terrible service center (if you can even call it so). Literally no regard for the customer, very few technicians working in the bays. I had a schedule maintenance in my 2023 Tiguan for July 28, at 11:00 Literally no regard for the customer, very few technicians working in the bays. I had a schedule maintenance in my 2023 Tiguan for July 28, at 11:00 am, confirmed by an email received from Lakeland. Only 2 items to be done: roof lights not working and front/left tire with the valve leaking a little. That's it!!!! OK, we left the car and went to have a lunch. We returned at 12:00, and asked how the repair was going. The attendant said she was going to check ( NOTE: ONLY 3 cars were in the service bays...) After a while, I went back, as no feedback was given, and when inquired, she said that they were still checking! I was really intrigued, so I went to another service person. He went to the service area and than stated that they were still "assessing" the problem! Amazing!. I got upset, and said the problems were very simple, and why after almost 2 1/2 hours they were still checking. Well, basically, ONLY ONE technician was available (the supervisor) and he was dealing in other car , so until that time NOBADY dealt with my car. I asked my keys and left, for never return to that sorrow excuse of dealership. Note: I live about 1 1?2 hours away from them, so it was a full day ordeal More

A little disappointed this time around, got in the car stated it was washed it was not, the MIDDLE ARM rest was dirty from Someone putting their arm there (BLACK dirt/sweat) the communication was good, b stated it was washed it was not, the MIDDLE ARM rest was dirty from Someone putting their arm there (BLACK dirt/sweat) the communication was good, but disappointed they said it was washed and Vacuumed and it was not! We had already been there almost 2 hours, so we just left at this point didn't want to wait longer, but they really should clean up after themselves being in someones car with TAN interior / serivce advisor very nice More
