Excellent Customer Service!!!! Excellent Customer Service!! We had so many AC issues and Brian Wowrdehoff was able to identify the issue right away. We were so frustrated because of Excellent Customer Service!! We had so many AC issues and Brian Wowrdehoff was able to identify the issue right away. We were so frustrated because of all the issues we’ve had with the AC and he just listened and apologized and insured they would have this resolved. Well he did!! His actions spoke volume!! It doesn’t stop there! Corey Godden the sales rep is absolutely outstanding!! We ended up trading in the car and purchasing a new car with his help. He made this process seamless. WOW!! They all knew everything we have been through with the AC issues and did everything possible to ensure we left satisfied with our purchase. Let me tell you something if it wasn’t for Brian, I wouldn’t of returned to a VW dealership. He is the reason I ended up buying another VW. He took great care of us when servicing our car that I felt like they care about their customers. We aren’t just a number!! Thank you both so much!! More

Low pressure sales team Drove over an hour to Lakeland after seeing their great pricing on the Atlas. Met Jeff H. in the parking lot and explained what I was looking for. Gav Drove over an hour to Lakeland after seeing their great pricing on the Atlas. Met Jeff H. in the parking lot and explained what I was looking for. Gave him the color and trim levels I was interested in and he proceeded to check the inventory. No pressure at all, found what I was looking for and we sat down to work out the details. Everything as exactly as stated online, no gimmicks or high pressure, etc. Very pleasant purchase experience. Would definitely recommend the dealership , worth the extra drive for sure. More

Very disappointed. I went to the service center because my car battery was bad. Onced I arrived I mentioned to the lady that was getting me signed in that I had a coupon I went to the service center because my car battery was bad. Onced I arrived I mentioned to the lady that was getting me signed in that I had a coupon for the service. Before even looking at the coupon, she said we dont have that battery. I was very disappointed because I mentioned to the guy who set me for the appointment for 9:30 am on 8-31 before driving over to lakeland about the coupon. And he told me to bring it in. I then told the lady that I was really hoping to save some money, it was my birthday and plus, I had been spending alot of money on my classroom and students. She said dont worry I will give you a discount, and said out the door it would be $178.00 and some change out the door. It wasnt as good as the coupon but better than 230.00 for a battery change. At the time of check out was a disaster after sitting two hours, for a battery change. I had to go ask about my car. The lady who assisted me at the beginning had a major attitude change. She was very rude, after i mentioned I had been sitting for a while she said "I got you out as fast as I could with you not having an appointment". In front of alot of people very rudely. I told her and the gentleman in front of me that was checking my car out that I did have an appointment for 9:30am. Then there was an issue with the discount she mentioned at the beginning. The the lady at the counter had an even bigger attitude and told the gentleman to just take off $27.00. She did not mention that at the beginning to me. Because of her nasty unprofessional attitude and how she was quick to argue with me, with alot of other customers present, was crazy to me. I have never seen such poor customer service at a dealership in my life. I though one day I may want to trade in my vehicle at this location. But after this visit I dont even want to own another volkswagon brand vehicle. The whole experience was a nightmare. More

A good place to do business. Will be back again. I drove 1 hr 20 minutes to buy my Golf R from these guys. My interactions with Brad and Trey (salesmen) was awesome as was my experience with Jared i I drove 1 hr 20 minutes to buy my Golf R from these guys. My interactions with Brad and Trey (salesmen) was awesome as was my experience with Jared in finance. I only had two very minor issues, but these would not prevent me from going back. I requested a hand wash with no brushes. This was not a request they could accommodate, so I left with a dirty car. There was also a broken grab handle which none of us saw before I drove home, so now I need to get it handled at a local dealer. Both minor issues, but worth noting. More
