Disappointing Customer Service I would not recommend this dealer based on the experience we had with the internet sales rep. While their inventory selection and prices are attractiv I would not recommend this dealer based on the experience we had with the internet sales rep. While their inventory selection and prices are attractive it comes down to customer service to get the deal done, which they were lacking. This individual was not interested in our business and we ended up purchasing a $40k+ VW from another dealer. We were not local to the Lakeland area and we wanted to get as much information from the dealer in regards to pricing and finance offers in advance of driving there as to not waste time. When we asked them to send a breakout of the price/taxes/fees they said it was their policy not to put anything writing. Then when we asked to speak with someone in finance we were told No that they don't like to let the customer speak to finance because they scare customers away. We told the rep we really needed to speak with them and he said he would ask them to contact us but don't expect a call back. If a dealer is not willing to break out the costs for you to review on paper or let you speak to the finance department, see those red flags and run. More
