Before repair was quoted $567.60 plus tax.total invoice was $650.14... In 2 hours we payed 286.00 labor. $143.00 per hour. If they worked over one hour I would be surprised. in the two hours we were there we did not get a price until 2:00 pm. That is gouging in my mind. My wife and I had discussed trading on a new Passat. We looked at two autos and not a salesman asked if they could help us. At this point we looked two additional times during our stay, and returned to showroom and all three times the salesmen were huddled in the corner in a haha hee hee session. This turned my wife off immediately. We will never return . More
