A great car buying experience! I’ve been looking to buy a new car for awhile now, trying to find a good deal, but also for a car that is in great shape. I found this car while on so I’ve been looking to buy a new car for awhile now, trying to find a good deal, but also for a car that is in great shape. I found this car while on social media and it looked to be in perfect condition, with low miles and a great price. So we decided to take the drive to Lakeland which is an hour and a half away from where we live, to go take a look at this car. The second we arrived, Dave Shepard greeted us with a warm welcome and he showed us the car. I took it for a test drive while he showed us all parts of Lakeland. That was fun. I loved the car right from the start. When we got back, we went over the paperwork, and to see if I had good enough credit to take a loan out for it. Through this whole process, Dave was super great and helpful and he definitely tried to give us the best deal on the car. I had never done this before, but Dave made me feel comfortable about the whole ordeal and made it pretty easy. So I bought the car and he handed me the keys. Then we saw Jared Miller who was really nice and helped me with signing all of the paperwork. He was great! Then once that was all done, Dave showed me how to use all of the special features in my new car. Then once I felt good about everything, he wished me the best look and I drove off with my new car. All in all, I definitely recommend Lakeland Volkswagen! They are there to help you find the perfect car for you!! If you treat them with respect, the payback always comes back threefold. I think people who are obnoxious jerks get exactly what they deserve want to going to a place of business. I’m in a line of work where I am literally forced to put up with and be nice to the general public. So my attitude is I don’t want them to have to put up with me, I want to be somebody who walks in there that they’re happy to see. That’s always my goal, and they are always great to me. Great Service!! My wife had an issue with her 2014 VW Jetta while driving around downtown Lakeland. While negotiating a corner, a red oil light turned on and started My wife had an issue with her 2014 VW Jetta while driving around downtown Lakeland. While negotiating a corner, a red oil light turned on and started to blink. She was not sure what had happened, but after researching the issue in the manual, she discovered that the oil pan might have enough in it. She confirmed her suspicion upon checking the oil levels under the hood. To be safe, she called VW to see if she could drop off the car, and have them look at it. They agreed, and so, she had AAA bring the Jetta to Lakeland VW so that Brian and company could diagnose the vehicle. As always, Service Manager, St. Brian and his band of merry VW techs and service reps fixed the issue in a flash! Thanks again to Lakeland VW Service Team! Keep up the great work you do! More
