Never told me there was only ONE KEY!!! $450 + tax Now I regret ever coming to your dealership to purchase this car! So we all get into an argument with Charles Draper (was chuckling the entire time), Now I regret ever coming to your dealership to purchase this car! So we all get into an argument with Charles Draper (was chuckling the entire time), Jeff Arthur (he was only concerned my wife called Charles an xxxxxxx), my wife and myself at the managers office door. We explained to Jeff this was not our first encounter with Charles, last weekend we walked away from the table over $500 difference for the car. He was shady then and more so on the day we took the car. Now we felt like he was waiting to rain on our parade buy make it very clear we (the dealership) got the last laugh, jokes on you! Bradley has been so called trying to contact the previous owner about the keys for the car. Funny how the address of the pervious owner is still in the car’s GPS, he live less than 15 mins from the dealership. On Friday 3/9/18, Bradley Frazier sends me text telling me the previous owner stopped by the dealership but nothing was said about the keys. I have been waiting patiently to hear from someone about the keys for this car. I have reached out to Lakeland Audi to ask about a key replacement, it will cost $450 plus tax to replace the key and programming. The Audi dealership will also have to disable the key(s) that are not in my possession again, why am I being put though this after purchasing the car. All of this misleading and intently withhold facts about the purchase of a used car is not how to do business and except customers to be loyal to the brand or dealership.
