I took my car because the check engine light was on. The service department supposedly fixed it, even though I showed them that the CarNet app said that there was a problem with the start/stop system, b The service department supposedly fixed it, even though I showed them that the CarNet app said that there was a problem with the start/stop system, but she still insisted that it was fixed. The next day, the check engine light turned back on, so the problem was not fixed. That same day, my daughter took her car to get an oil change at 9 am. She stepped out of the dealer because they said it was going to take some time. When she came back, they had still not done the oil change claiming that they skipped her car because she wasn't present. After some back and forth, they offered to do the oil change for free at around 1:30 pm, and we still had to wait on top of that. More
