Kaitlyn told me to come in on one day specifically and did not schedule an appointment. Then made me wait 2 days to receive my car back knowing I am 9 months pregnant. When I arrived at the service department. I thought my appointment was on that day for an oil change. I discovered it was actually the next day. Matt didn’t argue with me.
