I brought the vehicle in for work that Miguel Penso said it needed about 3 things and were under warranty. Got there with vehicle, got a courtesy ride home because I was told it would take all day. Got a call that there was NOT anything wrong with my vehicle and I could pick it up. I asked if someone could bring it to me since I'd need a ride from Winter Haven to Lakeland and was told no. So, it was a waste of my time to take the car in and apparently the tech doesn't know what he's doing. I had warranty work done on a Saturday morning awhile back and they wasted my time again because they said they couldn't get the work done within service hours. Very unprofessional. More

I drive over an hour to have my Atlas serviced at Lakeland VW. I pass at least two other VW dealerships on the way.
