First service experience very disappointing Start to finish. Every step of process went poorly. No one called to confirm appt and when I called they said they couldn't pick up car when original Start to finish. Every step of process went poorly. Driver should up and said I had to sogn forms...no one told me I had to be home to get Loaner only due to my schedule change was I home. Then I car was available to deliver my car sonit ended being there thursday until mon when the driver called and had wrong pickup location. More

My wife and I were given a warm welcome right away that actually felt genuine. Everyone we met at the dealership was very nice. By the time we left we truly felt like we were family. There was a good selection of vehicles on the lot to choose from and the staff was knowledgeable. A few of them actually drive the vehicle we were interested in and shared their personal experiences about it with us. Overall, a great experience and our best car buying experience to date. More
