Had the pleasure of working with Karen, Jimmy and Andre. We walked in were treated very nicely my the receptionist. She connected us with Karen. Karen was very patient and knowledgeable and answered our questions. We test drove and settled on a vehicle. Karen then helped us with the inventory in stock and what was coming. We picked one, Jimmy took over from there on. The Trade deal was fair and he made the numbers work. It was a Win-Win for both. Andre took over the financing piece and was a pleasure to work it. Overall the team was amazing, easy to work with, not pushy at all. Will definitely go back whenever in market for another Land Rover. More
