Ron was the employee we worked with to purchase my new Range Rover Evoque. He was zero pressure, very informative, and answered all of my questions. Working out the numbers for purchase was very straight forward and he was extremely patient as my husband talked himself into, then out of, then back into the leasing option. The dealership worked with us so we paid exactly what we wanted to up front and did not try to hard sell the extra options, but explained each one and provided examples of how it would be beneficial to opt for them. Ron was unfortunately not able to be there in person when we picked up the car, but ensured that everything we needed was prepared, right down to programing my home address into the car's navigation system! He was in constant contact with updates throughout the process. When my husband and I picked up the car, Christian walked us through the process, and answered any and all questions I had left. He introduced us to the service department, who warmly congratulated us on the new car. The business manager, Michael, was also very easy to do business with and again, never pressed the extra options we declined on. Their main concern was customer satisfaction. Overall, it was a WONDERFUL experience and I've had some terrible car buying experiences. I would highly recommend the Land Rover Princeton dealership for anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle.
