Land Rover Princeton

After sending an email to the dealership Kelly contacted us and we set up an appointment for us to come in and look at the vehicle we were interested in, although that particular vehicle had been sent out us and we set up an appointment for us to come in and look at the vehicle we were interested in, although that particular vehicle had been sent out to be detailed Christian showed us a similar model. He let us go out on a test drive and explained all the features. Upon our arrival back to the dealership the vehicle we were interested in had just come back and we took it out for a test drive. The color was beautiful and this was the vehicle we were looking for. We told Christian that this was the vehicle and he began the paperwork. The process was simple and smooth and we picked up the vehicle 3 days after filling out the paper work. The employees were all friendly, pleasant and courteous and the atmosphere was welcoming. Whenever we enter the dealership we are more than welcomed as they always remembered our names. The customer service that we received has been superb and when we were informed that our vehicle needed major service and the cost would outweigh the value of the vehicle, we had no hesitation, we wanted to use Princeton Land Rover. One great thing about the sales team is that there was no pressure for us to purchase from Princeton Land Rover and when we decided to purchase a used Acura MDX from your inventory it was even better as they didn't push us into a vehicle that didn't meet our needs but most of all our budget and they also agreed to service our Acura. This was a big plus for us buying a used non-Land Rover Vehicle because of the uncertainty of other auto service departments It has been a great experience with Princeton Land Rover and I am looking forward to another 8+ years as well.
