Surprisingly the tires were the best price offered from the research I completed with I had 2 tires replaced and the service department was the best. Good experience Service was good, but a little on the expensive side for a 32k mile service. They did a great job informing my that the slow leak in my tire was non Service was good, but a little on the expensive side for a 32k mile service. They did a great job informing my that the slow leak in my tire was non-repairable and offered to replace it when the tire I needed arrived at their location later that morning. My only complaint is my coolant low indicator (one of the other reasons for my visit) is still illuminating every time I start the vehicle. When I called to report this the young lady that answered my call stated that the service manager indicated "this sometimes happens in cold weather" and if I was local to come back in and they could just recalibrate the system to remove the indicator for coming on. The cold weather answer is not acceptable as it's been through winter before and this hasn't happened until recently. To get the vehicle back to the service area I now have to take a day off work and/or have a family member bring the vehicle back this week for the recalibration. Other than this small mishap, the overall service was good. More
