We THAT OWN CADILLACS DINT HAVE A CHOICE BUT TO USE LANDERS ON POPLAR.THE WORST SERVICE ,PERIOD I STAYED THERE 7HOURS &MY CAR WAS STILL PARKED IN THE SIDE NO SERVICE HAD BEEN DONE AT ALL PLUS I HAD TO FIND MY CAR THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE IT WAS IM SO xxxx MAD.PISSED OFF PERIOD .THEY NEED ATHE OLD BUD DAVIS SERVICE PEOPLE THEY ALL YOUNGER &DONT KNOW NO MORE THAN ME.PERIOD THIS IS SO AWFUL.JUST AWFUL SERVICE.

LANDERS lies about everything.7HOURS &THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHERE MY CAR WAS I HAD TO WALK THEY LOT FUND MY OWN CAR.THE WORST SERVICE DEPT NOW EVER.BUD DAVIS WAS EXCELLENT..THIS MAKES NO SENSE.THEY YOUNG &FONT KNOW ANYTHING.PLUS MOSTLY ALL NEW SERVICE TECH THATS INEXPERIENCED,THEY NEED TO THROW THIS WHOLE OPERATIONS IN THE GARBAGE &DTART OVER.
