My 2017 ESC has to date been at Landers Cadillac since May 17 for service and touch screen replacement. Terrible service and communication. As of yesterday, still not ready. I was finally able to speak with a human who informed me nothing had been the majority of service has yet to be performed. It is disgusting and unacceptable when you have paid a premium price for a vehicle. I would never recommend buying anything here nor would I recommend their service department. I have yet to know when my truck will be ready. More
Three days after dropping my vehicle, I called to inquire about the service. Was told it hasn’t been worked on yet. Why even have service appointments if you can’t work on a vehicle that day. I called in December regarding a recall on my SRX. I haven’t heard from them since. When I call, I do not get a person to answer the phone. The service on vehicles is terrible. They have had my new vehicle 2 times for a total of 2 1/2 weeks to fix the back up camera. They didn’t fix the camera and now the radio doesn’t work They have had my new vehicle 2 times for a total of 2 1/2 weeks to fix the back up camera. They didn’t fix the camera and now the radio doesn’t work and the part is on back order. They don’t offer a loaner, to pick you up or drop you off. Worst service I’ve ever had at a Cadillac dealership. More

The To Whom It May Concern: I called the Cadillac dealership in Memphis, TN, on 3 Sep 2021 at the original location where I purchased the vehicle. The dealership sold out to Landers Cadillac. They informed me that there was a three-week wait for an appointment. I scheduled the appointment for the transmission light. I arrived at the service department the morning of my appointment at 8 am. The service advisor told me that transmission service would take another two weeks to get my truck into the shop. They said they had to flush the transmission and reset it back to the factory setting. I passed by the dealership every day on my way to work and saw my vehicle on the side of the building. I informed the service manager of this information, and he didn't say anything. I'm still trying to get my vehicle with transmission problems in the shop. The check engine light kept going on, so I took it to the Memphis service, and after $1200, the engine light was still on. The $1200 was to flush the radiator and replace the battery. After paying the $1200, I made it 15 minutes down the road, and the light came back on. They fired the service manager that week and the new manager told me no one even tested the transmission on the vehicle, and I needed to bring it back to test the system properly. This problem has been ongoing since September 2021. The dealership called me and kept telling me they would fix the problem, and nothing happened. Extremely disappointed and was so hoping for a better experience today; however, that was not to be. I had a scheduled appointment which I left a meeting in my office to drop my car on time. I had to wait for the service person, then I was told they were doing renovations in the shop and they would have to keep my car at least 2-days to do the diagnostic testing. I asked what's the alternative I was told to bring it back in another month or so when the renovations would be completed. I chose Bud Davis Cadillac because it was close to my office and the prior service before Landers was superb. I am looking to trade vehicles and go back to Lexus simply because of the lack of quality service at Landers Cadillac of Memphis. Regrettably, the same problem that I brought the car in for today (at a scheduled appointment) is exactly the same previous problem that obviously is not fixed. Terrible service department More
I purchased a 2013 SRX in July of 2021 it had low miles. It wasn't my first choice however the salesman advised me not to get the one i saw and to go with this one. And it has been a nightmare every since on day 36 the compressor went out and 15 days later it stated running hot due to a bad water pump. I called the service manager and he was rude. And the general manager wasn't any help at all. I feel like i went to a we tote the note lot. I have purchased vehicles from here before and was never tried like this warranty or not. There's no way they check the car out before putting it out for sale. I have contacted The Owner Kent Ritchey this weekend and i am waiting to hear back from him. This is so unprofessional. They knew this car had issue yet sold it to me after i told the salesman i need a reliable car for my mother. More
