Total lack of service after the sale. There’s not nearly enough space here to describe my dissatisfaction with this dealerships service after the sale. One fiasco after another. We have ov There’s not nearly enough space here to describe my dissatisfaction with this dealerships service after the sale. One fiasco after another. We have over 12 hours in drive time to and from the dealership to have work done that should have been done in 2 hours. Very, very poor planning even with appointments and telling them exactly what needed to be done, and how important it was to get it done in a timely manner. Even after several trips to get problems fixed that existed on a new truck at time of purchase, I still have 5 chips in the windshield, but was told they would not replace it, only fix the chips, which are still visible. You would think for $46k a new truck would come with a new windshield. Guess not. Sales team will tell you what you want to hear to make a sale, but once you sign the papers, it’s yours, don’t expect to be treated like you’re important to them anymore. You can call the customer relations person, Laura, but don’t expect a call back from her, and apparently she’s on lunch most of the day, according to what I was told everytime I called trying to talk to her. More
