Fantastic Service My 2010 Jeep Commander developed a transmission noise and Lander's determined that my transfer case had failed, and I needed to replace it. Estimate My 2010 Jeep Commander developed a transmission noise and Lander's determined that my transfer case had failed, and I needed to replace it. Estimate - $4,000. However, they suggested that I check the warranty on the unit, because I had replaced it about 3 years earlier in Virginia. Even though I questioned that it was probably out of warranty by now, both the dealer service adviser and the service technician encouraged me to check. I checked the documentation at home and I had a 3 year/ 100,000 mile warranty on the unit. There were 10 days left, before the unit was out of warranty, based on the installation date, however, the warranty had technically expired 3 days (THREE DAYS) earlier because I had pre-paid for the part for the MOPAR part to be shipped to the dealer in Virginia. Landers Jeep management went to Mopar on my behalf and argued for the warranty to be honored! WOW! The warranty was honored, even including the rental vehicle provided to me by Landers. Landers Jeep saved me $4,000 cash. The repair was completed in 3 days, including shipping of the new transfer case. The text messages that they sent daily to advise of the status of the repair work were informative, and a welcome benefit.. More

There was no arm twisting, hidden fine print or misrepresentation whatsoever. Mr. Pritchett is top notch and Tena is worth her weight in gold. The facility was immaculate down to the restroom. Spacious and very very clean and I’m still talking about the restroom. The rest of the facility was the same way. I have several more autos to buy in the years ahead and they all will be purchased from Landers. The vehicle was everything I wanted and more. Mr. Pritchett told me to come see him before I bought anywhere else. He told me that no one could beat him on anything, service, selection, pricing and professionalism. He was right on all four points. Kudos and congrats to him. My daughters love their daddy’s new truck. They now have plenty of leg room in the back seat and a new conversation topic at the lunch table. They love the kicking sound system.
