Paid for work than was initally not done I took vehicle in for a cruise control recall, oil change and tire rotation. When got there said was due for 40,000 miles check so oked to do it exc I took vehicle in for a cruise control recall, oil change and tire rotation. When got there said was due for 40,000 miles check so oked to do it except for the front and back differentials and was told that the oil change and tire rotation was part of the 40,000 mile check up . When I went to pick up vehicle I noticed that tires had not been rotated so I ask why that had not been done.. At first they said it had been done and when I proved to them that they had not been rotated then they said that they looked at tires and because they were wearing evenly on all 4 no need too. To me it was not the decision for the mechanic not to rotate the tires if I was paying for it in the 40,000 check up and It was clearly on the check list to do. It also cause me to have doubts if the 40,000 check up was even done because they would have had to take the tires off to do brake linings and drum inspection. They did finally rotate the tires at my request since I had paid for them to do it. Just left with a bad feeling that I had been taken advantage of and may or maynot have gotten the work done that i paid for. Had not one of the tires had a marking on it due from a previous tire repair I would not have known the rotation was not done and there is no way to tell if any of the other work had been done. They did change oil because residue left around where they put it in motor. More

Fast and great customer Service I took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation service was great professional and fast. The following week a had a service recall and issues wi I took my jeep in for an oil change and tire rotation service was great professional and fast. The following week a had a service recall and issues with my seat adjustments once again service was professional I was told how long the wait would be to repair the issue and offered a shuttle if I wanted to leave while repairs were being done. Bad experience I purchased my Jeep in July my temporary tags expired in August I didn't receive my registration until September I called every day prior to my licens I purchased my Jeep in July my temporary tags expired in August I didn't receive my registration until September I called every day prior to my license expiring they always told me it was mailed out on the 6th I never received them so apparently it got marked Return to Sender so it was sent to Landers Toyota and where it said in a desk for two months after that no one called No One informed me of the situation or anything More

great place to buy a car bad place to get car serviced We have purchased a vehicle from this place which was great!this last past experience was horrible and we will not be getting our vehicles serviced he We have purchased a vehicle from this place which was great!this last past experience was horrible and we will not be getting our vehicles serviced here again. We had 2 vehicles receiving serviced here over the last to week.the first vehicle was serviced in a timely manner with just a oil change which was complimentary.after that sense we were paying out of pocket for our other vehicle they played on that and started giving us the run around and coming up with rediculios prices and once they said the car was ready on 3 separated occasions when we arrived to pick up our car they let us sit in the waiting room 30 min before they said something else was wrong and had to buy some new part.on 3 separate occasions.mindful that each 3 times they did that I asked did they provide a free rental car for the inconvenience because we had 4 children's and they said unfortunately we don't .the last time I asked about a rental car they purposlessly waited on a Saturday until the rental car place was closed and then said they could call for a rental Monday if we wanted! All they cared about was getting played and tacking on extra fees and not about us getting back and forth in the process. Through this whole process I talked to 2 mangers bob and Brian and Melinda was the service person handling or service.she sounded irritated and rude every time she talked to us if she did call and Bob and Brian went to nice also (very none shalant).the first time with the oil change bob was really nice but the next time he was not,he just acted like he didn't care.and at the end if the day there ended up being something else wrong with the car and we ended up having to pay them for there services and get the problem fixed at another dealership because we were tired of the run around ,it was like they would say the car was ready we would get there then they would try to fix the car and then say no something else is wrong with it.
