However, the sales staff ( Corey & Forrest) did a superb job in convincing me that the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee was exactly what I needed. There was no sales pressure , just an honest evaluation of my trade-in and ease of the buying experience. Great customer service in the finance department made that part of the process pleasant also.
