My husband and I was only looking on the back lot with no salesman; Winston Marshall came alone and it was as if we have known him for a lifetime. My sister and I purchased our new cars in 2012 for the old location on University and had such a wonderful experiennce so when it was time for my husband to get a new truck I knew we would go to Steve Landers but we did not know we would have the pleasure of meeting Mr. Winston Marshall who stayed with us from the beginning of the sale until the end. Charlye is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. She was very understanding about how important my time is and in turn made the buying experience very easy. I originally was looking to see if I could get financed in a used vehicle. After several "no's" I didn't expect to hear back. When Charlye called me that evening and told me I was approved for a 2013 vehicle, I think I screamed in the phone. I had never been able to purchase a brand new car before. She went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied and happy with me new purchase. I will definitely be back to buy in the future and I am telling everyone I know to go see Charlye. P.S. - While I was sitting in Charlye's office, Steve Landers passed by, stopped and said, "Thank you." I was so impressed! He didn't have to say anything to me!
