I bought a car from Josh Walker a few months ago and he was amazing! He was the only salesman who has ever explained how the whole car buying process works! He is the most friendliest, honest, hard working, and thoughtful salesman I’ve ever met! He told me that he works for me and not the dealership and that his service after the sale is what he takes the most pride in! Well my car had a couple of minor issues and just like during the sale he was true to his word! Even though he is always so busy, he sent a driver to get my car, left me with a loaner, got my car fixed, filled it with gas, and hand washed it himself! When he had my car ready to come home I was at work and he worked around my schedule and had my car delivered back to me like new!!! I’ve never had a salesman or a dealership go above and beyond like this for me and the best part is I didn’t lose a minute of my time! This is an unusual situation that could have turned into multilevel nightmare but it didn't. It had been imported from Canada along with a whole shipment due to the shortage of vehicles covid had created. We found out during the "Big Snow" crossing the border voided it's warranty. Who Knew? I guess if you live near the border you have a reason to know, otherwise, you don't know until you know. I've been doing business with Steve Landers for 9 years, I've never been treated anything but fair so I had no reason to believe they knew any different. They didn't. Once weather permitted I spoke directly with Justin Kervin, the general sales manager. He wanted nothing more than to make things right. Cars still being short at hand a replacement wasn't readily available so Justin and his team ordered exactly what I wanted from the factory. Once my new Jeep arrived, 4 weeks early at that, they got me into and out the door without waiting. Including the guys in the shop swapping out some aftermarket add-ons. They called me after the weekend to get the financial aspect of it straightened out with everything being what it was on the previous Jeep. We came in a few days later to sign the final papers. No hassle, no headaches, no BS. You might say I shouldn't expect any less and you may be right but it's not often what you get and it's why I continue to work with Steve Landers CDJR. You just can't beat their sales or their service department. More

After an exhausting 18 months of research & shopping, we found Leroy Castle at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Colonel Glenn in Little Rock, who despite being overwhelmed with multiple closings at one ti found Leroy Castle at Landers Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram on Colonel Glenn in Little Rock, who despite being overwhelmed with multiple closings at one tine & late that evening, did sell us exactly what we had been looking for. Despite all the great service, he is no longer with them, but after a few weeks when an issue was found with a vin #, Landers called us to report it, told us it would be fixed the next day, and boy was it. They literally, gave us the exact truck duplicate we had been driving with extra accessories, and matching our contract, with even less miles, and also fixed a backup camera & detailed the first truck out for a new buyer, who will also get a heck of a deal, plus extra services for the future. When I voiced some concerns with management, they were addressed in a very professional manner, handled with extra sensitivity and made sure to find out if there was anything else I could address. I would go back. From top to bottom, I could not have been asked for more. 5 Star from us. More
